Port is a wine with a long history and a devoted fan club. It can be strikingly rich and unctuous, but requires structure to ensure that it is not only palatable but capable of aging. Such structure comes from excellent fruit with good acidity; the best Port is always made with the best fruit. I prefer a Port that is jammy, spicy and warm on the palate, and that's why I only make Port when I can find fruit that will support my style. Our exceptionally limited-production Port is made from 100 percent Petit Sirah and the finest Alambic brandy (distilled from our own Selby Chardonnay), and can be enjoyed today through 2025.
