A dry rosé with elegant finesse.
Tropical berry notes, crisp and dry on the palate, with buttered toast flavors. Lemon and smoke linger
throughout the finish!
2008 Selby Rosé of Syrah
Sonoma County
I make our Rosé in the lovely style of Provence’s Bandol, using free-run Syrah and Mourvedre juice and traditional Rose-making techniques. I limit the contact of the juice with the skins to yield a pretty, pink wine imbued with spice and fruit, but held up by crisp acidity.
