Tasting Notes

Rich new oak notes with bright cherry, white pepper and cloves in the nose. Cranberry, pomegranate and red raspberry flavors accented by the classic “Russian River” spice. Cream background ends with a lengthy finish.

2006 Selby Pinot Noir

     Russian River Valley

Pinot Noir is the most elegant wine produced in California and Russian River Valley is the superior appellation for Pinot Noir production. Exceptional French clones were planted on rolling hills along the Russian River, where the sun kisses the grapes each morning, and the thick oceanic fog hugs them each night.
