Soft flavors of apricot and pear expand to a honeyed, rich flavor with broad mouth-feel and hints of spicy oak. Enjoy this wine with richer foods like lobster bisque, crab cakes, or creamy pasta dishes of any kind. This lushness on the pallet pairs beautifully with French food.

“Dave Selby Reserve Chardonnay is only produced when everything about the vintage and the vineyard is flawless. In 2006 the grapes were picked at ideal levels of acidity and flavor, then the free run juice was put into our finest new Louis Latour and Francios Frerres barrels. Gentle stirring and hand bottling for 16 months completed the process which results in a fabulous wine worthy of Dave Selby Reserve status.”
