Enjoy this dry and elegant Rosé on a picnic, at brunch or with your favorite appetizer. Selby California Rosé has a crisp watermelon nose, a bright cherry hue and sweet strawberry flavors. It finishes clean and fresh with a touch of pomegranate. Serve well chilled and enjoy!
I make our Rosé in the lovely style of Provence’s Bandol, using free-run Syrah juice and traditional Rosé-making techniques. I limit the contact of the juice with the skins to yield a pretty, pink wine imbued with spice and fruit, but held up by crisp acidity.
