Tasting Notes

This lovely, Sauterne-style wine from Dry Creek and Russian River Valley is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurtztraminer. Picked at 32 Brix, this barrel-aged and fermented dessert wine has flavors of honey-suckle, peaches and flowers. The perfect accompainiment to cheeses, the Sweet Cindy can also be paired with fruit tarts and pastry based desserts. Slight chilling is recommended.
